Information for our current beginners
The following documents will help you during your beginner course and are a guide to what the coaches are teaching you throughout your course. Take time to review the images, learn the main parts of a recurve bow, look again at how you should stand, where your hands and fingers should be, and ask questions if you are unsure when at the club.
